Are Observations Happening Again?

Postby mikaselm » Fri Aug 04, 2017 9:15 pm

Forgive me if I'm asking for old news, here. I haven't been to the site in months, and maybe I'm behind the times.

But are observations happening right now? I see that changes have been made to the requests page, and some of the other topics on these forums seem to indicate that observations are happening, but the status says, "Both facilities are currently being tested and we are still making refinements in preparation for a relaunch," and I didn't' see the queue page that used to be there.

Thanks for any clarification!

Hi Mika

A few users are assisting in testing COAST at this present time, and the telescope is returning images so that any problems can be identified and rectified. For more information you should contact a member of the team by e-mail, as I'm not sure how often they visit the forum.
